Alexa Rank Problems

Hi guys my site is having problems in web site worth appraisal tools such as mywebsiteworth . com . They think my alexa rank is 0... before it used to work. The rank on alexa is about 380k. I believe this was due to me deleting the original index.php page for anothera. net to update the Meta data. I needed it to redirect to anothera. net/v2 . It's now set as index.html for the redirect perhaps I should bring back the old index.php? Or wait for alexa?
Any help very much appreciated.
