My alexa toobar is not working

hi guys.. i dont know what happened.. but suddenly my alexa toobar stop working.. toolbar not showing ranking.. Is it beacuase my website got removed from the listing or because the toolbar is corrupted. Could this be a system virus issue also? Please help.
