Any good reliable website advertising / SEO out there ?

I'm triying to improve traffic to my website so im triying to find reliable and affordable website advertising or SEO services. Ive tried a few things before and nothing has ever given real results. Mostly junk traffic or links on pages that no one visits.If it helps at all my website is http://www.yourtypos.com . Its designed to find misspelled items on ebay. So if i could find an advertiser that targets shoppers/ ebay shoppers would be ideal. Thank You
