anybody got Page Rank 2 for Blogspot?

i have 2 blogs. (forex related & computers related) i got page rank 1 to my Computer realated blog, i tried hard to get page rank 2 for my computer related blog but i din't get then i thought google will not give page rank 2 for blogspots :? is it true? anybody got page rank 2 for blogspots?

Try to get quality and relevant links to your niche, the most common way is to comment on related sites to yours.
