I think it is paypal and it is the most safe and secure method over internet.You can access it worldwide and the payment transactions are done in safe and secure way.

There are a lot of payment methods around the web, you can also consider 2checkout, payoneer and others.
I consider payoneer a great choice also, it is a great debit card.

The payoneer card, you can use it in any place that accept MasterCards, or atm's.

It is worldwide, but you have to be a member to affiliate sites, to get one.

Paypal also have a debit card! You can also add your photo for only $5, and get a copy for the same price.

I found that when I began to use the HSBC API for my clients I got a lot more positive feedback than with Paypal...

Hsbc is only on london, or europe...
Paypal is considered to be universal, as you can use the debit cards on millions of ATM's i love that feature. And only deducts from your account.
