Best Social Media Tool? Help! - SocialOomph, Hootsuite, Twe

I am wanting to purchase a tool/program to help me manage my social media accounts, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with SocialOomph, Hootsuite, Tweet Adder? (Or another tool that I haven't mentioned here).

I want to manage Facebook FanPage & Twitter account - with the following features:
-Scheduled posts/tweets
-Automatic follows and unfollows
-Ability to go to someones particular followers and have the software follow them
-Direct Message abilities - e.g. after they have followed me
-URL shortening
-Etc
