I have made several blog comments on high pr sites, like 2 and more.
How good it is blog commenting when you want to raise the PR?
In how many time will i see the results?

If you comment often on blogs, it is a good way to increase the amount of inbound links pointing to your site’s pages.
The results may depend, you will see in weeks or months.
