Blog traffic has decreased

Hello extreme seo guys,
I run a blog, normally i has 200 to 300 visits daily.
Recently, my traffic has decreased from 150 to 100.

What can i do to recover traffic?

Are you losing quality links?
Get more permanent and quality links to keep your site with more visitors, use social media to increase traffic.
