My computer programs like MSN messenger automated on?

MSN messenger and AIM starts every time i turn on my computer. Then it takes about 5 minutes for me to close them and do what i went on the computer to do. At times its very annoying; can someone help me?

Jus turn off the option for starting with windows in the tools or options of the particular software. Tat should help.
