create a search page with options to select what site to sea

I need to create a search page with options to select what site to search example:- google or yahoo or msn etc.with a search box and a list of search words that have a check box to automatically search without having to type them in everytimeor a drop down menu would be niceYes I know about google but I want a page that I can have differant search strings listed and choose to search that string and then choose which site to search.I am talking about 20 differan key words and 7 differant search engines and lots of sites.
