Does Alexa rank effect on PR?

If I put my link on PR 7 site does Alexa play role in transfering juice to my site? I think no, alexa only cares traffic rankings. Am I right? I guess I am not completely right. But wanted to know from you experts if I am thinking iin the right direction.
