Does clicking a link in google results increase pr for that

In detail - i gave a query"Colleges in USA". and i get many answers. Now if i go and click on a reults which is on the second page(or 15th rank). Would my clicking on result will increase My Sites google Pagerank for this link so that it starts appearing on first page next time onwwards?
