Dropped off Google - Changed Redirect?

Please help, I have suddenly dropped off of Google??
I have a domain that I forwards people to my site – which is hosted on my free web space - I then decided to forward it straight to my my myspace – when I did this the page rank dropped from number 3 to... I don’t know I cant see it anymore?!? – I tried changing it back to the original site but its not appearing on google again? When I google the domain name it does show up - but still has all of the Myspace information underneath it on the snippets bit– however it still links to the correct website - not the myspace. How do I get google to list my page again??

If you go back to the old situation give it some time and then I'm talking about weeks. If you are gonna change or move anything you should read this guide from Google:
