eCommerce software with shipping calculator?

Ok, so I was thinking of setting up a site, that I would sell things on. But, when thinking of what I would need, I came across the question, how would I go about calculating shipping fees? So I was wondering, if any eCommerce software came with a shipping calculator, or any add-ons for it?

USPS.com (United Stated Postal Service) has many different tools and software you to use to calculate this info

The thing with relying or using a built in calculator add-on is that you are limiting the company software you decide to use to one company.

I think a better option is to use an ecommerce product with excellent options for delivery costings such as weight/per item/price etc etc ... allowing for them to perhaps change in the future.
