Espotting allowing generic terms...

I've been doing PPC for years, since the beginning and wanted to know if any other people have had the horrible customer support I've had from Espotting. Their support has been the absolute worst in my experience with the PPC campaigns I participate in. I was never alerted to their approval/disapproval. Abbreviations are not allowed like win for windows. Is there anyone else facing same issues?
