Fluctuation in results - Please help!

Hi All,

I am doing SEO for a site and i have selected high demand keyword "travel insurance" targeted to google.co.uk Now initially site was on 44th position, after one months work i succeed to bring it on 15th position. But after 10 days on that position it slips to 33. After 15 more days it comes back to 14th and again after two weeks it on 41. I am confused here, can anybody suggest why this is happening.

This causes "google dance". Depending on your biz model, if you are a local business, you will notice the new display of the SERPs with the "local results" focus.
