forum backlinks disappeared form search engine

last night i checked my site links in yahoo site explorer it showed me 100 links instead of 190
my question is does forum backlinks disappeared after some time?
those links are not showing in yahoo.

Forums links are same like other links. They will not disappear. But sometimes your many loose your links if the moderator removes your links. Check using some other tool.
