Google Bookmarks

I was on a public computer at a hotel last week and I tried to access my Google Bookmarks. What I found is it seems that the computer needed google toolbars installed before I could access my bookmarks. Is this true or is there a way to access my bookmarks on a public computer.

i am not sure about this, but i think no need to install google toolbar.

that system might not contain such options in it to show up the bookmarks you had.

I rely on the set of bookmarks I have stored in this list. They started disappearing randomly - I've replaced my facebook link a dozen times now. My weather links, phone directory, various things I use most that are perhaps directly in competition with Google services. Am I being paranoid, or is there a gremlin in the works? Please fix this - I'm going to dump it otherwise
