Google Toolbar error

Hi

I have this problem that whenever i open a desktop shortcut to a web page, two windows open, one is the website i wanted and the other is a page saying

Error Issuing Command to Google Toolbar.

It is really annoying and i don't want it popping up every time i use a shortcut as i use them a lot.

Please advice!1
