My website has a good amount of traffic and an alexa ranking of 93,000 and steadily climbing. Should it be easy to get advertisers to pay to advertise on my site? if so what is the best way to go about that? Would pay per click be best for me or what?

the best way to get advertisers interested in advertising on your site is to create a PDF file with traffic statistics, Alexa rankings and other details, and add this file to your site in "Advertise here". Also, add ad banners with "advertise here" to your site so that they could see where exactly their ads will be displaying. For example, one 468x60 on the top, one 468x60 on the bottom and three 125x125 on the right side.

Yes, create a blue print on your traffic stats and contact the business people to advertize on your site... but also make sure that when your site is in the top of google ( with best competitive keywords) you can get good money from your advertisers. If not, you make less money and continue the same.

Select the an industry and try getting on to the top of google... it of course demands your knowledge on SEO, or outsourcing to SEO service providers.

http://www.theseotraffic.com one of those services which gets you on to the top at an affordable price...

You can get advertiser easily. I will suggest adsense which is paying good. However, you can try out bidvertiser, adbrite, kontera as well.

Besides, you might try on affiliate programs such as clickbank, chitika, amazon if your website able to get some sales.

Anyway, to get success on that, not only alexa ranking but also PR. you need to go for SEO and SMO

Do you have a search box on your site? This will go a long way of improving how much you can make from your site.

At 93,000 it's unlikely to get a negotiated contract with the big boys. It's nearly impossible to do at 5,000 rank. Even sites in the top 500 use Yahoo and Google, among other banner ads to monetize their sites. At 93,000 your ad conversion is best at CPC for search, not CPM/banners or content.

There are plenty of options you can learn about by speaking with other webmasters.

Hope this helps. PM me if you have any more questions. GL!
