How can i improve my pagerank distribution on google?

I have a site on page 1 of Google, sometimes as low as page 4 for some keywords, and from the webmaster tools it shows my pagerank distribtuion is very low. What does this mean, how can i fix it and will that improve my sites ranking?

Page ranking is all SEO = Search Engine Optimisation.

The best & simplest way to higher / highest page ranking is

Firstly have strong keywords that are also used in your text, ensuring your keywords are relevant to you website.

Secondly is links to other website not necessarily of the same content as your own but from websites that the the "google spiders" considers to be of popular interest.

Thirdly, try not to use images at the top of you page as spiders and not read images, only text.

write lots of good content and get reputable sites to link into yours, many sites will also want a link from yours too (reciprocal linking) but make sure you dont link to sites which only offer ads or other links
