How do I get rid of this stupid Google search toolbar on the

I can't figure out how to make it go away, I don't want it there! If I want to go to google, I will go to the site! I don't want ANY search engine on the top right side of my screen!I've already turned off the one that goes straight across... but there is still a little one on the top right (beside the main address bar)

Go to the installed place and you have to delete it manually if you use Internet explorer than any other browser.
