How do i get the news on my website from yahoo, google ?

All the help i find is what is RSS etc. I want Bhutan related news on my website from yahoo! google etc. When i click on RSS i get a funny looking page called backend.php with lot of codes and writeup which i dont understand what to do with it , How do I use that ?
