How have people found the Text Link Ads link building service?

I was considering using the service for a high level link to improve some of the SEO efforts we have been implementing for our site and wanted to know if other people have used this service already?

Text Link Ads is one of the better link brokers but there are others that come close like http://www.textlinkbrokers.com/
