How to install tabs with google toolbar ?

I have a fairly old version of the google toolbar without tabs and I was wondering how to add them in without updating to the latest google toolbar. (Google chrome) Is it possible to add tabs without changing anything else ?

Yeah I think you can add the new tabs even without updating your Google Toolbar.Just go on with it.There is no problem with it.

Why u wants to installed new tab. Go by Mozilla Firefox or Google chrome. In this browser tab facility are available.
