How do I make the font size of my toolbars on internet bigge

When I turned on my computer all the font sizes where different. On IE the toolbars at the top where to big in font. The bar at the bottom of the desktop the font was too big, the font on my icons where too big, and on World of Warcraft the font was too small. What happened? How do I change it back to normal?

It is very simple you can just drag them and increase the size by increasing the size of the webpage.Try doing this.
