How to make the forum crawled by Google fast?

My friend has submitted sitemap (500 pages) and he submits many useful posts on many social bookmarking sites but still he doesn't see some of those posts indexed by Google.

When he posts something on the blog it crawls the new post within few minutes and blog is not indexing the new posts fast.

Based on my experience, though this is an old technique submitting your site to different web directories site that is related to your site's theme is one of the fastest way to index you site.
Most of the web directories site are already indexed and once this directory was visited by spidy and your site happens to be added on that particular page (where spidy visited your site) it will be automaticallyindexed and submitted to Google's database.

Otherwise, submit manually your forum to google and sitemap to webmaster tools. You will really see the results!!

Another way, is to get signatures from popular forums..and your site will get a high index (crawl) rate.
