How to move contacts from a gmail account to another account

My gmail account has gotten a bit old. I've made a new one but I don't want to rewrite all 204 contacts...I know about the"Export"thing, but that only turns it into a file. Once its a file, how do you put the information in the new gmail account?If you can, please answer!-GAG411-P.S. If you know how to move a whole section of mail from the inbox, that would be greatly appreciated as well.
