please tell me where to paste meta tag code verification for google webmaster's tools and do tell me how!!please someone who can really help me with this i am in a real fix!!

You don't need to paste the meta tag code on your blog, its simpler than that. Go to your blogger dashboard www.blogger.com/home and on the bottom by tools and resources you will find a link "webmaster tools" click on that and you are done....
Simple.
