how do I start an oscommerce store?

I want to start an oscommerce store. What does it take to do this? Software, servers, shopping carts, etc. What is the difference in oscommerce and ecommerce?

Download the free software and create your ecommerce store.

Ecommerce is business online. Oscommerce is the software that enables Ecommerce.
