How do I traansfer my items from my Flash site over to my oscommerce page?

I currently have a all flash website and am in the process of building a oscommerce site to place my merchandise section in so it will be more readable by google. I have about 1000 items already listed on the flash side admin. Does anyone know how to direct os commerce to pick up all my items I already listed so I don't have to redo them all over on the oscommerce admin? Thanks in advance.
