How do i transfer my msn messenger contacts from one account

I've had a msn account for years, and now ive decided to create a new one, but i want to have the same contacts as my old one ; is the any way to transfer my old contacts to the new account in one step (because i have alot of contacts and it would take tooo long to add them one by one)Thanks, ur help is appreciated
