how do you get rid of a google toolbar if wanting to change

i just got a new comp and am trying to download yahoo toolbar but it keeps saying error. is this because i already have another program (google toolbar) running?if so, how do i fix it?

Just go to the toolbar and click it and you will get the preferences and just change it into whatever you like to.Simple to do.
