Indexing Old Site

I moved my site from .net to .com. The net is a free hosting site so I can't use htaccess or anything like 301 redirects so I used noindex meta tags and refresh tags.
Like others I'm having trouble with Yahoo indexing pages that don't exist and pages I've put in removal request for. I only have one page that anyone links to on the old site. Should I just remove all the old pages except for that one page and the index page, which both redirect to my new site?
