Pr of internal page

have a question regarding my blog it has pr 0 but one of its internal page has pr 1 having very less content say few lines what could be the reason of this? Are the internal pages ranked separately from he external pages? I am unable to digest this.

yes, you may find any site, home page is 0 but its subpages are ranked good, because of subpages have got good back links from other sites.
