Issue with Yahoo clicks

Hello Guys,

I started using yahoo PPC advertising about 2 months ago, i noticed i was getting a lot of clicks from one site and when i look into it the site was showing my ad and asking people in a sneaky way to click on it, the site did not even sell the products i was selling nor the keyword i set the account up for, so i called yahoo and was told they would look into it, the first email came back and said they have looked into it and they have seen nothing that would cause a problem. But I am sure there is some issue.

Any advice would be great.
