keywords on graphical page

Hello.

I spent a huge amount for an all-graphical home page.

Now I am looking to get my kywords right. How od i do that? Will it help if we place keyword phrases in [alt tags] [comments tags] [a hidden layer] [text the same color as the background at the bottom of the page]?

Please help!!
