Listed 9 in Yahoo, but not in the top 100 in Google. Why?

Hello,

My website is listed in 9th position in Yahoo. But On Google I do not see it even in top 100. What is the difference? Should I be doing anything apart from what i am doing currently? My guess is that Yahoo and Google use two different algorithms to come up with their SERPs. But how do I make my website top listed in both?
