Making Cable Sizing Calculation by HTML

I have been making this cable sizing calculation application by using HTML.

The cable specifications are taken from the BS7671:1992, Requirements for Electrical Installation, IEE Wiring Regulations 16th Edition respectively.

I really need help from someone who masters in HTML coding here to help me complete my Cable Sizing Calculation.
