multiple sites for same company?

Hello,

I want to deal with my competitors who are spamming the search engine with multiple sites for the same company.
One of my competitors has amazingly moved from under 100 to under 10 potion with this technique.

I want to report this. But Have no clue of how to go about it. Please advise.
