As a SEO Executor we all doing Directory submission for backlinks. Is there any way to know that the Directory owner will give me a backlink, that will be a dofollow or nofollow link? If you have some idea please share here.

So I would like to increase my PR (yeah, yeah, PR is not important and all that, but it still helps even if just for links exchanges)
I was wondering if a link wheel without the "wheel" part would help - I mean, it would be quite simple to see websites linked to each other and to 1 site. So I wouldn't interlink them at all. Just build links TO them.
