I have a site, I have tried my best to promote, optimize, update valuable information, etc. and follow all tips to get higher google page-rank but my site is still under-performance.

Please advise me the ways to improve my page-rank....

I submitted my site to botw. I am in a category of google pr0. All the categories seem to have various PR. Is this listing just a waist of money. Does it really matter to get a high PR listing. Anything I can do about it.

Firstly, I know theres big difference between PR 1, PR2 and PR3 site. But has anybody made some research how much exaclty is it? For example like this: PR = 1-100, PR2 = 101-200, PR3 = 201-400, PR4 = 400-800 or ...?

My 8 month old site www . backupandshare . com had a page rank 3. All of a suddent it dropped to 2. Can anyone suggest how to improve it and what could be the reasons for the sudden drop. My site has 159 incoming links.
