PR points diffrenece

Firstly, I know theres big difference between PR 1, PR2 and PR3 site. But has anybody made some research how much exaclty is it? For example like this: PR = 1-100, PR2 = 101-200, PR3 = 201-400, PR4 = 400-800 or ...?

Secondly, for exmaple I have three PR1 (.com) sites and theres one with 2 outgoing links, second one with 10 outgoing links and third with 25 outgoing links. How much % will every link get from this PR1 site. I have read, its something like 0.4 and 0.4 point with two links and almost 0.001 points for every link with 25 links?
