SEO Ajax

Anyone have experiences about SEO with Ajax please give me some knowledges. Really its new for me. I need it very badly. I am implementing a combo website where sites open based on the click on the combo box and I am using ajax for the same. Wanted to know SEO requisites for the same.

I can make this quick. AJAX and SEO do not mix. Search engines can not read AJAX, because most search engines won't read most JavaScript. So when you implement AJAX, make sure to give search engines alternative methods of getting to the same content that is accessible via the AJAX form.
