Problem during the comment posting

I use to comment posting from last 2 years, but from last week I am facing a problem in comment posting. After comment posting every site shows like "From last week I faced a problem in comment posting. " abc.com/wp-comments-post.php." How can i get rid from this problem, Any advise?
