Seo analyze tool

There was a tool I used to analyze web pages and actually would tell you if your site was spammy. I used it like two weeks ago and when I ran a persons page who was clearly spamming it said "spam" .. anyone know the tool ? I need it badly now to analyze some of my old sites. Request your help in tracing the same.
