SEO Tools and Google TOS

Hello
Google's TOS stats that it's not allowed to send automatic queries to it. I have couple of SEO tools in my website. Is there anything i have to do to avoid breaking up Google Term of Use?
I've head about Google's API.
ur help will be much appreciated.
