no, and probably not in three either
my opinion is it takes years, and you need to have some scripting skills, (HTML, php or asp, css, etc) and know your way around a server, Linux or windows depending on the site platform used, and understand how hosting works, log files, (referrer logs) and other analytic, etc etc etc.
not trying to scare you off, just being realistic. Now, that said, my first SEO position was in 1997 with a major retailer and they gave me all the time and support that i needed to learn.
