Yahoo is Indexing 2 Versions of My Page

I changed one of my SEO pages and notice that when I do a specific search query it shows the updated version of the page, but when I find the page under a different search query it is showing the older version of the page. Why is this happening and how it is possible?
I want to get this fixed ASAP as the older version has data I no longer want to show.
