Is there any process of banning the website when its submitted?
I submitted my site manually 1 week ago and it's not showing up in any of the search engines. Have I been penalized/banned?

I am hoping that there is not such a problem. Can someone motivate me

Hai jpratt, Don't worry I think your website is still in sandbox, It may possible index very soon and it also may take some time if your have a good website with quality content then don't take any headache search engine spider must crawl your website.
